Operations Executive Wilson Parking Singapore

Wilson Parking, Singapore’s largest private car park operator was established in 1979. Today we operate 70 car parks around the island with over 700 locations in Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand and Korea. Our Clients include major shopping centres, hospitals, hotels & condominium. We also offer ancillary services such as valet, taxi management & security.

Operations Executive

This role requires you to manage the day to day operations of a group of car parks including liaising with landlords, contractors and office personnel. The candidate must have an eye for details and be able to manage several tasks at once. As the business operates 24 hours, the individual may have to work odd hours and over weekend and public holidays and be contactable for 2nd level support after office hours.

Job Scope:

Supervise a group of carpark staff
Maintain client relationships and attend management meetings
Project management
Carpark audits
Prepare monthly reports
Train, develop and manage new staff

Job Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Business Management or Engineering
At least 2-3 years’ supervisory experience in operations and carpark enforcement (i.e. staff training/ scheduling/ audit checks)
Prepared to work long hours and over weekends/public holidays
Good knowledge of Words & Excel
Good leadership qualities
Some experience in facilities management preferred but not essential
MUST have own mode of transport (Personal Car)
