Operations Executive/ Operations Assistant

Operations Executive

Pre-requisites:

• Diploma or Degree holder
• Preferably with experience in supervisory level
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word)
• Basic understanding of accounts
• Min 3 – 5 years related working experience
• Proactive, meticulous, team player and independent
• Able to work in a fast pace environment with minimum supervision

Job Description:

• Handle import & export documentation
• Experience handling LC and shipping documentation
• Issue documentation such as PO & Proforma Invoice
• Correspond with local and overseas suppliers for orders & shipping schedule
• Liaising with forwarders on incoming / outgoing shipments
• Scheduling of local deliveries
• Inventory control

Operations Assistant
