We are currently seeking a dynamic, high caliber and dedicated Operations Executive to join our small team based in Singapore.

Operations Executive

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who looks for variety and challenge in their job. Responsibilities are broad and include

• managing all compliance and regulatory matters in the business in Singapore and SEA.
• logistics coordination with Head office
• organizing and coordinating the Singapore office operations and procedures
• managing office administrative functions inclusive of office leasing, building maintenance, office & IT equipment and etc.

This is a busy, hands on role which requires the ability to use initiative and juggle priorities. Candidates must by highly motivated and a strong team player and have

• a Diploma or Degree in any field.
• at least 3 years’ working experience as Administrative/ Office Manager.
• knowledge of relevant laws, compliance and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in English, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Singaporean citizenship or hold relevant residence status.
