OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

To assist the Transport Manager
Monitor, plan and control the transport network of the traffic team so as to fulfil customers’ delivery and shipment requirements.
Anticipate and resolve possible traffic scheduling issues between jobs.
Co-ordinate and communicate relevant information to customers and keep all necessary parties fully informed of transport schedules.
Provide administrative support for the Transport team – generation and submission of shipping documents, vehicles maintenance records etc.
Liaise with warehouse and contractors for incoming and outgoing containers and cargoes.
Vendors liaison and management

Requirements:

ITE / Diploma or its equivalent, preferably in Logistics or Operations Management (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
Strong analytical skills with ability to make logical decisions under stress and during emergencies.
Meticulous and organized, and able to work under tight deadline.
Good customer service and follow-up skills.
Good command of English & Mandarin (both spoken & written).
