Office Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • General office administration including ordering office supplies, stationeries, printing etc
  • Provide administrative support to the teams
  • Plan and co-ordinate work with several departments in the company
  • Other ad-hoc duties / projects as and when assigned

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘O’ level or Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent
  • Have at least 3 years hands-on administrative experience in a fast moving environment
  • Strong organization and communications skills
  • Excellent time management and able to multi-task
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
