The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (FCCS) is looking, on behalf of a French listed company based in Singapore, for an Office Administrator. The company provides turnkey industrial solutions, with a high technological content in three major groups of products and services : environment and services, mechanical engineering and services, and energy and services.
The office is located near Lavender MRT station.
Office Administrator
Job scope
- Handling of incoming calls and enquiries
- Able to handle full spectrum of office day-to-day administrative matters
- Provide secretarial support to Director and immediate supervisors
- Provide administrative support to accounts personnel
- Manage company’s petty cash
- Maintain proper filing system
- Able to effectively communicate and interact with people from a wide variety of countries, cultures and background
- Candidate may be required to undertake project or duties as and when assigned
Job requirements
- Be fluent in English and Mandarin
- GCE’O” level and above
- Have at least 2 years experience in similar position
- Required Skill(s) : MS Office
- Be diligent, hardworking and self-motivated
- Be a matured individual and resourceful
- Be energetic and able to take initiatives
- Have good communication skills
