OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities:

  • Handling of receptionist duties including answering the phone, receiving guests and in/out mails/courier
  • Manning the office administrative functions; office supply purchase, stationaries etc
  • Travel arrangement, transportation (flights/land), accommodation, restaurants
  • Organize events/meetings
  • Managing employees’ medical claims
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Other ad hoc support duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level
  • Min 1 years relevant experience
  • Able to start work immediate or within short notice
  • Singaporean or PR needs apply
