Office Administration Manager
Responsibilities:
Your main responsibility is to ensure the smooth and healthy operation of the Subway Regional Office in Singapore. You will accomplish this through HR management, being an efficient and practical administrator, having good negotiation skills to source office needs and keep costs under control. You will have to provide administrative support to the Regional Director, multi-task reception duties, office and IT maintenance, prepare budgets, basic bookkeeping and expense reporting, other HR duties. You will have to use your skills paying attention to detail when managing travel plans and organizing time as you will be responsible for special projects. Overall you need to be energetic, hardworking and have good management skills to ensure everyone else in the office can do their jobs well.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant administrative experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT savvy
- Basis accounting skills
- Excellent in written and spoken English
- Competent in Mandarin
- Cheerful personality
