Qualifications:

• Min 5 GCE ‘O’ level including a min credit of B4 in English and
• Diploma in Early Childhood (Teaching and/or Leadership) and/or
• Diploma in Montessori Teaching
• Fresh Graduates in Early Childhood field are welcome

Salary: To commensurate with experience

In addition, the candidates are expected to take on daily challenges on top of the passion for teaching and curriculum development. In other words, we are looking for candidates who display the ability to use clear communication techniques and to create a happy, caring and stimulating learning environment. The candidates must have a sound understanding of early childhood development and an awareness of problems that can interfere with normal development. Thus the candidates must have the sensitivity to the needs and feelings of young children, combined with the ability to establish a positive relationship with parents and other professionals.
