Merchandising Assistant (6 months Contract)

Job Description:

• To ensure that UK documentation such as Store Allocation Summaries are appropriately input into the Master File System before the week ending of their receipt and that all files are kept updated.
• Warrant Receipts. To Ensure that warrant receipts are entered accurately and reconciled within the pre-agreed deadline.
• Cost Analysis Report. To ensure that Cost Analysis Reports are accurately produced and reconciled at pre-agreed deadlines.
• To ensure that appropriate UK documents are duly submitted to reflect discrepancies.
• To reconcile M&S invoices with Cost Analysis Reports to generate claims accordingly.
• To monitor and to submit to Management pre-agreed reports to ensure the efficient processing of shipments.

Job Requirements:

• ‘A’ Level / Diploma
• 1 – 2 years experience preferred
• Meticulous, well organized and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Analytical & Numerical
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Positive attitude & willing to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
