Medical Analyst
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly qualified, proactive and experienced Medical Analyst & Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Asses medical condition of employee.
- Monitor claim processing of the company.
- Ensuring treatment, charge are medically necessary and reasonable.
- Establishing Treatment plan for employee.
- Investigation of special medical cases.
- Medical consultant for any medical issue.
- Report analysis of medical benefit used and managing health risk to reduce health cost.
- Presentation for medical analysis report.
- Routine socialization, question and answer term to any site of company (Travelling)
- Routine socialization to commonly used providers by company.
- Lease with company management for medical issue and managing medical benefit.
- Lease with treating doctor and health facilities regarding medical treatment.
- Handling complain and negotiation to employee regarding health benefit.
- Key person and main contact person for company.
To meet the requirements of this position you must:
- Had Medical Doctor degree
- Independent, able to work under pressure.
- Hard worker.
- Excellent Skill in presentation, handling clients, negotiation, investigation, report.
- Experience in general medication.
- Experience in occupational medical analysis is an advantage.
- Special course in the occupational medicine is an advantage.
- Willing to travel.
- Good relationship with others and able to work as a team.
- Skill in basic computer knowledge.
- Speaking English well active and pasive.
Overseas training or experience will be highly regarded as will experience in the insurance industry.
