Media Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Marketing professional to join the Market Development team. This position will assist the Facebook Sales team in articulating the Facebook value proposition and advertising product benefits to our marketing partners. The Market Development Representative will be an in market resource for the team on industry insights, Facebook capabilities and best practices to help support a growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing working with Sales and Product Marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Best Practice advocate for key verticals that align with sales priorities and Facebook core audience
• Partner with the Sales team to represent opportunities on Facebook
• Expert in Facebook value proposition and products with an emphasis on how solutions can meet specific marketer needs
• Brainstorm unique ideas that align with Facebook and top client priorities
• Assist with key client meeting presentation content and delivery
• Work with Sales team and PR to identify case study partnership opportunities
• Work with the FaceBook and business development team to ensure the needed supporting materials and collaterals are produced in a way that is compelling to marketers and brings the company and products to life

Requirement:

• 1-3 years experience in digital media
• Strong communication and presentation skills with proven history of success presenting to external clients
• Must possess strong analytical skills and have the ability to translate product specifications in to value for marketers
• Must be able to work independently and contribute to the overall success of the team
• Must be able to multi-task and keep on track in a fast paced, ever changing environment
• Experience in Sales support role and avid Facebook user a plus
