M&E Co-ordinator Ningbo Construction Group Co., Ltd (Spore Branch)

An established construction company has immediate vacancies for:

M&E Co-ordinator

Responsibilities/ Requirements:

Prepare M&E co-ordination drawing and M&E submissions.
Co-ordinate sub-contract works
Possess effective skills and knowledge in reading building plan, site monitoring and managing construction activities.
Good team player with ability to lead & multi task
Min diploma in Building, M&E or equivalent
Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in HDB projects
Able to speak Chinese
Singaporean or PR Only
