Tourism Western Australia is responsible for promoting Western Australia as an attractive holiday, convention and event travel destination. A Marketing Executive vacancy exists in our Singapore Office.

Marketing Executive

1 year fixed term contract with possible extension for a further 12 months

Are you a self-starter with marketing experience interested in finding an interesting role you can grow into? This position will give you that variety and scope to develop your skills and meet your career goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in co-ordination of marketing programs
• Handle consumer/trade enquiries and participate in trade shows
• Provide training to travel agents
• Provide general marketing support to Marketing Manager
• Handle administrative duties including processing of invoices/claims and preparation of monthly budget reports

Requirements

• Minimum – diploma holder
• 1 – 2 years working experience in marketing
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a highly independent worker
• Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Willing to travel
