MARKETING EXECUTIVE/ MANAGER

Responsibilities

Responsible for full spectrum of marketing communication functions such as media relations, press kits, publications and events promotions.
Issuance of marketing collaterals to all restaurants. Preparing and circulation of memos to all relevant departments pertaining to A&P.
Manage the design and artwork process of all publicity collaterals with the assistance of an in-house designer.
Reaching our and keeping customers database. Dissipation of all news and promotions to customers. Maintaining accurate customer records and follow through on all potential business.
Will require to conceptualise and implement branding, creative communication strategies and campaigns
Build an esteemed image & publicity for establishment through proactive relationships with key media and industry partners.
Generate partnerships with external parties or industry players to develop joint promotions or collaborations.
Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints.
Manage and drive the membership loyalty programme.

Requirements

Degree in marketing or related discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Experience, preferably in F&B/ Hospitality industry
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
Self-motivated, creative and resourceful
