Marketing Communication Manager FRASERS CENTREPOINT LIMITED

Frasers Centrepoint Limited (FCL) is a subsidiary of Fraser and Neave, Limited. It is a leading Singapore-based property company with a strong foothold in property development, property investment, serviced residences and investment funds. Under F&N’s stewardship, FCL’s business has evolved from a single shopping centre along Orchard Road to a diversified real estate group, comprising shopping centres (Frasers Centrepoint Malls), serviced apartments (Frasers Hospitality), and residential homes (Frasers Centrepoint Homes).

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as:

Marketing Communication Manager – (Location: Singapore)

Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for marketing communications, public relations, special events, brochures, Web site management, e-marketing issues, marketing collateral, promotions and advertising. This position will oversee the conceptualisation and implementation of integrated marketing plans to ensure consistency with the Company’s brand position and image.

Requirements:

A good degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field from an accredited university/college
Prior marketing communications experience and at least 5 years of progressive Marketing Communications experience with significant project management experience
Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels and be able to express the company’s core values and mission statement throughout the organization
