Marketing and Market Research Analyst

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Research, explore and analysis different market segments in the current countries which we have presences
Explore and develop new finance products in the existing countries
Carry out market research for the Asia Region
Deliver market-driven analysis through key data, reporting and analysis
Support marketing program implementation, execution and tracking
Ensure corporate campaign resources and materials are provided to regional teams
Ensure regional marketing budget is managed, tracked and reported as outlined by corporate marketing requirements
Extract, organize and analyze data to understand market size and market share for the different products for the purposes of product development, business analysis and strategic planning
Develop and maintain standard reports on key business matrix and detailed marketing programme performance indicators
Undertake market analysis for Market Intelligence and key areas of opportunity
Prepare Performance reports which include numbers crunching and market analysis
Conduct competitor pricing analysis
Organize tradeshows and seminars

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree / Diploma in Business Admin / Marketing or equivalent
At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience in Market Research/Business Research environment
Good team player with good interpersonal, communication, presentation and analytical skills
Strong Excel, Powerpoint and SPSS skills
Resourceful and have a positive attitude
Independent and able to work under pressure
