In line with our growth and expansion program, JOVEN is seeking experienced, highly motivated and result oriented individuals to join our team as:

MARKET DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE/ PROJECT EXECUTIVE

Location: Shah Alam

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and manage marketing activities and branding campaigns for the company
To execute activities according to the marketing plan following dateline
To source for prospects and follow-up in building project developments
To travel and participate in company events or exhibitions
To follow-up and liaise with agencies handling various projects
Ensure and monitor from time-to-time all point-of-sales displays at outlets are up-to-date
Prepare weekly and monthly reports regarding project prospects and status as well as dealer point-of-purchase displays status
To monitor the efficiency of the marketing activities and conduct research on the campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

Professional Certification/ Diploma / Degree in Marketing or equivalent
Minimum 2 years working experience in marketing from the relevant industry
Pleasant disposition with excellent business contracts and negotiation skills.
Required Skill: MS Office
Proficient in spoken and written English
Optional languages: Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
Experience related to marketing of Home Appliances/Lighting or Building Industry field will be helpful
Excellent knowledge of meeting and event-planning activities and dynamics.
Ability to work well in a team or individually
Willing to work extra hours and complete a critical task with a very tight schedule
Ability to work in minimum supervision with self-improvement to accept new challenges
Ability to start work immediately
