An established ship management company who owns and manages a fleet of Offshore Support Vessels. We’re looking for zealous, committed and competent people to join the Vroon Offshore Services team.

Marine Co-ordinator (Marine, Oil and Gas Ind)

Reporting to: Fleet Manager

Job Scope:

• Filing of documents pertaining to technical and ship management department.
• Filing of vessel trading certificates
• Management of vessel manuals and documents.
• Filing of vessel PMS and monitor vessel submissions.
• Assist superintendents for administrative task for authority application including flag state or class related.
• Assist superintendents and Fleet Manager on ad-hoc basis as required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Marine related studies or Nautical studies ( Fresh diploma graduate can apply )
• Good administrative experience
• Junior deck- officers encouraged to apply.
• Have good initiative and enthusiasm

Location: East (Loyang Way)

Salary: $ negotiable
