Conveniently located at the VivoCity, the largest shopping complex in Singapore and an established
retail scene. The Mussel Guys is the first local restaurant in which fresh mussels are being featured as the main signature dishes. The restaurant offers indoor and alfresco seating and diners enjoy a scenic
water view across Cruise Bay to Sentosa and mega cruise ships berthed at the Singapore Cruise Centre.

As part of our expansion plan, The Mussel Guys and Seafood Steak Restaurant requires:

Manager

Responsibilities:

To achieve predetermined profit and objectives and desired standards of quality food, service, cleanliness, merchandising and promotion.
To regularly review and evaluate the degree of customer acceptance of the restaurant to recommend to management new operating and marketing policies whenever declining or constant sales imply dissatisfaction by our customers, a material change in the makeup of our customer market, or a change in the competitive environment.
To clearly describe, assign and delegate responsibility and authority for the operation of the various sections under his supervision.
To maintain and improve the food quality, service and merchandising to effect increased sales and increased profits.
