Manager (Training & Development)

Position: Manager (Training & Development)

Responsibilities

Set the vision, direction, policies and procedures of training.
Implement the training and development needs of employees to enhance overall skills and career development with the aim of attaining business objectives.
Implement and review productivity and innovation enhancement programs that are in line with HRM objective to grow our people.
Coordinate initiatives designed to foster a global culture of innovation.
Review, recommend, install and maintain the building blocks towards organization and business excellence for initiatives like PDS & SQC, etc.
Develop the Talent Management Plan to meet objectives on an on-going basis.
Coordinate the Group Training Plan.

Requirements

Degree from a recognized University
Min 5 years’ of relevant experience in T&D
Knowledge of Marine/Offshore practices would be an advantage
Knowledge of People Developer Standards & Total Company Training Plan
