We are a fast-paced and renowned global marketing agency specializing in the development and implementation of custom promotional merchandises. Due to global business expansion, we are urgently seeking high caliber individual to fill the following position in our Hong Kong office.

Manager, Quality Control

Responsibilities :

• Build, lead and supervise a team of Quality Controllers in China to carry out daily functions
• Responsible for developing and managing all functions of Quality Control procedures
• Evaluate and verify products to meet the specified saftey and quality standards
• Effectively communicate with factories and Technical Departments, providing technical support, resolving technical problems with corrective actions and initiating preventive measures
• Establish strategic programs for product quality improvement throughout the production process
• Deliver accurate and timely quality control analysis and reports

Requirements :

• Diploma or above in Quality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality Management with at least 2 years in managerial position
• Relevant experience in promotional merchandises is highly preferred
• Well versed in international quality standard and management system
• Proactive in identifying production problems and pragmatic in problem solving
• Dynamic, enthusiastic and with “can do” attitude in a demanding environment
• Strong people management and leadership skills with high level of integrity
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Station and travel to China are required
