Manager (Facilities Management)
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing policies, processes, and procedures related to Facilities, Workplace safety and health, Energy and resources audits, and AV maintenance management. You will oversee the Facilities Management (FM) managing agent to ensure that facilities are properly maintained and optimally functioning at all times. You will also be required to manage and supervise vendors and contractors to ensure quality and safety of their work meet the standards set. You are expected to initiate and implement innovative solutions and approaches to increase quality of service, efficiency, cost savings, and safety. You will also assist in the infrastructure planning of the Mediapolis@one-north development.
Pre-requisites
You would have a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Estate or Facilities Management; with at least 5 years of experience in facilities management and managing AV equipment. You must be a qualified Fire Safety Manager. You should possess good written and oral communication skills, vendor management skill and be highly proficient in MS Office, MS Project and Autocad.
