Manager, Brand
Division : Marketing & Sponsorship
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Head of Brand, you will assist in the development of the Singapore 2010 brand identity, brand manual and internal brand guidelines.
- Drive the development of the Singapore 2010 mascot.
- Drive the deliverables for the Torch Relay, i.e., uniform designs, torch and cauldron designs, sponsor servicing, etc.
- Drive the deliverables for the Kit of Parts to apply the Look of the Games to venue dressing for competition, training and non-competition venues, i.e., sport venues fascia, ground graphics, concession tents, victory podium, sponsor recognition panels, sponsor hospitality area, etc.
- Support development of benefits package for Commercial partners and Stakeholders and coordination of all aspects of brand promotion.
- Support development and implementation of educational workshops on brand guidelines for all partners and SYOGOC employees.
- Conduct venue and city reconnaissance for branding opportunities.
- Co-ordinate Compliance and maintain clean venues.
- Provide brand guidance to the marketing and promotions team on the design and execution of all marketing materials.
- Provide guidance and monitoring of internal brand communications.
Job requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university, preferably in Business Administration
- At least 6-8 years work experience in brand management and/or marketing communications
- Prior experience working with creative agencies and activation agencies, with a good understanding of the process flow of developing creative work
- Possess excellent project management skills
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior/top management
- Able to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment
- Excellent oral and written communications and interpersonal skills
- Good team player and able to work with minimal or no supervision
- Excellent computer skills
- Drive to perform
