Management Executive (Training & Development)

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing training and development curriculum based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs
• Drive and execute all training initiatives
• Ability to conduct training programs
• Conduct training needs analysis
• Formulate and implement Total Company Training Plan
• To be nurtured into leadership role to manage the business

Requirements

• Degree in Business or Human Resources
• Training & coaching experience preferred
• Candidates with prior experience in teaching are welcomed
• Possess good communication skills & effectively bilingual in English & Mandarin
• Confident & self-motivated
• Specific training will be provided with structured career path

Working Hours:

• 5.5 days work week with alternate Saturday off
• Company Location: Toa Payoh
