Maintenance Manager Kim Yew Electrical & Sanitary Pte Ltd

Kim Yew Electrical & Sanitary is a management and maintenance company established since 1985. We provide total management and maintenance of building facilities for commercial, industrials and institutional projects as well as engineering services for A&A works across Singapore. We are a fast pace company seeking for professional employees to join our dynamic expanding business.

Maintenance Manager

Duties:

Oversee and direct the operation and maintenance services
Ensure and assure all operation services are carried out in accordance to specifications and directive of Customers
Ensure and assure all maintenance services are diligently carried out by Maintenance Team
Tabulate, compile and analyze monthly maintenance reports
Provide expertise advice to Customers pertaining to M&E services
Conduct and organize briefing and meeting with Maintenance Team and Customers respectively
Other management duties as and when assigned by the Company

Pre-requisites:

Degree in Estate / Property / Facilities Management, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Building Science or related discipline
Minimum 5 years’ experience in building maintenance for M&E Services including management in high-rise commercial or educational institutional projects
Ability in excellent interpersonal skills and able to adapt to fast pace working environment
Well versed in MS Office & Project
Experience in minor building and civil works will be an added advantage
