M & E COORDINATOR / M & E ENGINEER KIMLY CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD

KIMLY CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD was incorporated in 1975 and is one of the established local construction company registered with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) in the A1 category in General Building and C2 category in Civil Engineering.

Due to our rapid growth in Singapore, we are seeking qualified individuals to join our team as:

M & E COORDINATOR / M & E ENGINEER

JOB SCOPE :

Responsible for executing the company projects in mechanical & electrical works in building construction.

Duties include:

Review project specifications and technical clarifications
Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies
Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
Supervise the M & E works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

NTC/Diploma/Degree Holders
Minimum 4 years relevant experience in supervision of M & E works in building construction
Use of Autocad would be an advantage
Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
