Logistics Planning Executive

Responsibilities:

Attend and process the Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) requests from customers
Coordinate with customers, vendors & forwarders on flow of finished goods
Plan & optimize inventory level to support the operations
Explore initiatives & implementation programs for continuous improvement
Support the logistics administration

Requirements:

Degree / Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience in logistics operations, including customer service, inventory management, shipping & reverse logistics
Hands-on experience in SAP and proficient in MS Office
Sound knowledge of import/export regulations
Customer oriented with strong communication skill
Meticulous and analytical
