LOGISTICS ASSISTANT Seamap Pte Ltd

Seamap Pte Ltd (a subsidiary of Mitcham Industries, Inc) specialises in the design, manufacture and sale of offshore electronic systems for the marine seismic industry worldwide.

LOCATION: East. Company transport provided to/from Tampines MRT.

WORKING HOURS: 9am – 6pm, Mondays – Fridays

LOGISTICS ASSISTANT

Requirements:

Minimum “O” Levels
Good spoken and written English
Good computer knowledge
Hands-on preparation of shipping documents
Able to coordinate air/sea shipments with forwarders and customers
Familiar with warehouse operations
Mature, careful, hardworking, responsible, willing to learn, good team player
Proactive, able to follow up and coordinate inter-departmentally to ensure timely shipments
Able to handle the physical demands of the job
Class 3 Driver’s license and Forklift Driver’s Cert are added advantages

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately kit/pack outgoing shipments, prepare shipping documents, co-ordinate internally, and liaise with forwarders/customers
Receive/check incoming shipments
Assist with local deliveries
Assist in inventory cycle counts
Good housekeeping of work and warehouse area
Assist in other ad hoc warehouse/inventory duties
