Job Title : LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR

Job Responsibilities:

To provide fast turnaround for warranty part replacement to customers and ensure logistics function is proper in Singapore. This role will help the company in better service to its customers and enhance customer satisfaction.
Process warranty claim from customers. This job needs to have good knowledge of machine part. Good communication is needed as needs to have coordination with the region sales administrators, order management, and inventory planners.
Validate the machine and spare part purchase warranty. This job requires good machine part knowledge, BaaN knowledge and the manufacturing and spare part buying process. Good communication is needed to retrieve the failure reports from the field engineer and the customer quality engineer.
Prioritizing and consolidating shipments. This job requires good communication skills in coordinating and priority with customer service representative and inventory planners, This person needs to be alert on the shipment procedure and customers’ preference.
To ensure the replacement request is proper and correct.
Generated reports on warranty claims, failure and symptoms to help identify the vintage of parts failure and the total a warranty cost each month. This job requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Oracle reports generating.
Updating warranty replacement status. This job requires knowledge of Microsoft Excel and BaaN system to retrieve status.

Job Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelors Degree in any discipline and 2-3 years’ experience in similar capacity
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel, supply chain and good technical knowledge for bonder machine.
Good Communication, customer orientated, able to generate quality reports on time.
Meticulous, minimum supervision, team player and able to work under pressure.
