LOGISTIC OFFICER

REPORTING TO: SENIOR LOGISTICS OFFICER / ASSISTANT LOGISTICS MANAGER / MANAGER ( WAREHOUSING / LOGISTICS / PARTS & ACCESSORIES )

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Processing of customer’s order form in accordance with customer’s requirements, and notify COP owner (s) of any discrepancy.
• Identify equipment / accessories / parts that are in COP but not in stock or nor ordered.
• Notify COP owners on Item 2 and ensure orders are placed for same.
• Prepare necessary documentation for delivery of equipment / accessories / parts.
• Notify vendors / COP owners of discrepancy if any and obtain confirmation from vendor on new delivery schedule at same time.
• Make arrangements for packing of equipment / accessories / parts for delivery to customer.
• Maintain a record of customer’s orders ( COP ) that are not in order for monthly review.
• Arrange delivery of equipment / accessories / parts to customer.
• Make arrangements for packing of warranty equipment / parts for delivery to vendor and customer locally and overseas.
• Make arrangements for delivery of warranty equipment / parts to both vendor and customer locally and overseas.
• Make arrangements for pick-up of warranty / return equipment / accessories / parts from customer.
• Make arrangements for pick-up of equipment / accessories / parts from vendor.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by Senior Logistics Officer / Managers.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

Job qualification may be considered based on any of the following criteria(s):

• GCE O Level with at least three (3) years of related working experiences.

OR

• Diploma in Warehousing / Supply Chain / Logistics & Operations / Materials Management with five (5) years of related working experiences.
