LOGISTIC MANAGER
SUMMARY:
To manage Singapore regional Customer accounts for quotations, sales order acceptance, service parts shipments and RMA’s returns that meet the strategic, competitive, and internal needs of the company. In charge of Inventory management, import/ export and ERP transactions as daily basis. To develop appropriate controls and performance measures to assist in the accomplishment of those objectives. To accomplish daily objectives in the most effective. Support Field Service and Account Manager(s) for equipment line downs, expedites, and problem resolution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Performs a wide variety of complex assignments requiring in-depth knowledge of assigned functions and/or department specialty, as well as basic knowledge of related departments.
- Works on semi-routine assignments where independent judgment may be needed to complete tasks or make recommendations; receives general instructions on new assignments.
- Manage all Customer PO’s and FSE requests in Oracle for parts shipments and service response needs.
- Process orders in Oracle for all service part type transactions; revenue, warranty, replenishment, contract, consignment and returns.
- On-line order entry on 3PL warehousing Website for part shipments.
- Communicate daily via phone or email to Customers, Field Service Engineers, Acct. Mgrs, and 3PL
- RMA returns assignment, tracking, reporting and maintenance
- Understand Customer contracts, Service Agreements and commitments required
- Prepare quotations, track service part orders from shipment to fulfillment
- Metrics reporting of all regional activity
- Resolve invoice issues with Finance
- Custom declaration on import and export
- Other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Applies advanced knowledge of Cymer policies and administrative support skills for a department(s).
- Full to advanced proficiency with office software and advanced knowledge of department-specific tools.
- Applies reading comprehension skills and understands department/function specific document
- Applies intermediate level arithmetic in the compilation and analysis of basic quantitative information.
- Must be highly motivated, dynamic, independent, and able to succeed in a fast paced environment
- Customer Oriented
- Good communication skills
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- College or BA degree
- Required 6 years experiences in semiconductor industry and at least 3 years experience in Logistics field.
- Computer skills: MS Office. Familiar with ERP software (Oracle) will be plus
- Fluent in English
