Logistic Executive

Job Description

• Liaise and coordinate with forwarders on logistic management to ensure smooth delivery
• Liaise with suppliers on day-to-day operation
• Handle and processing of data entries & goods receipts
• Ensure accuracy of shipment through validation of actual cargo against D/O
• Prepare relevant shipping documents for outgoing shipments
• Monitored and follow up on outstanding Purchase Order

Job Requirements

• ‘O’ level/ Diploma in Logistic Management or equivalent
• Preferably candidates with 1-2 years of experience
• Independent with good communication skill
• Experience in freight forwarding, shipping or logistic
• Good knowledge of import/export and custom procedures
• Ability to respond quickly in a fast paced environment
• Able to speak English and Mandarin
• Computer literate and competent in Microsoft applications
