LOGISTIC ASSISTANT / OFFICER Min Da Construction & Engineering Co.Pte Limited

Ltd. is a newly established construction company with the full support from its parent company, Min Da Construction & Engineering Company Ltd., which is a leading construction company in Macau with its solid business foundation in Macau, Hong Kong and China. The Company is also progressive in strategic business developments in Singapore and the South East Asia, specializing in fitting out works and integrated development projects.

We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate on various interesting and challenging projects for the prestigious projects at the Proposed Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort.

LOGISTIC ASSISTANT / OFFICER

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ levels / NTC / ITC
  • Physically fit as site visits are frequent.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the logistic field preferably in construction industry.
  • Computer literate & proficient in MS Words & Excel.
  • Meticulous & organized.
  • Independent and highly motivated team player.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Good command in written and spoken English, bilingual in English & Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Work Site (Mon – Sat) at Marina Bay Sands.

Job Responsibilities:

  • In charge of store control function.
  • Coordinating and monitoring of material receipt, delivery, transfer & storage.
  • Monitor for site access control and arrangement for site pass.
  • To ensure inventory accuracy with good housekeeping standards.
  • Control in-flow and out-flow of stock .
  • Maintain accurate logistics database.
  • Keep track of goods ordered from shipment to fulfillment.
  • Ability to interact and liaise with clients, consultants & subcontractors at all levels.
  • Custom declaration on import and export.
  • Other duties as required.

Out of the 7 years of my job with the Saudi Arabian Company, R.H.AlMarri Co., I was promoted to the position of Administration Supervisor, from the post of Computer Programmer, due to my manpower control & dealings, work performance and administrative prowess. I increased my abilities step by step during the past 18 years’ work experience, I have given due consideration for promotion, pay-hike and great appreciation.

I have engaged myself mainly, in areas such as Manpower Control & Dealings, office administration and management, Payroll supervision, Cost control, Rig Administration, Journey Management< Health safety & Environment etc. I was fortunate to have worked close with my supervisors and hence gained the skills to deal with my work effectively.

Self-confidence, industrious nature, and pleasant personality and excellent soft skills are my assets and strengths. I have the ability to manage and solve problems effectively. My pleasing demeanor, communication methods, initiative and leadership quality made me a successful senior administrator.

My present net salary is RO:600/- (Rs.75,000 per month and 70 / 35 rotation (70 days duty & 35 days rest) and free food and accommodation + up & down air ticket + insurance + medical + Bonus etc.

My ambition is to stay with my family (free family status) or 35/35 rotation + reasonable salary+ other allowances.

I am ready to discharge my duty in any circumstances, if you are not happy with my qualities or you found anything wrong with me.
