Position: Level 1 & Level 1.5 Technical Agents for Remote (Telephonic) Support

• Experience range: Remote Technical Agents, L1 and L1.5
• Position: Permanent with Nityo
• Salary range: Open as per the experience.
• Candidates: Candidates available in Singapore. Should be Singaporean preferably or SPR
• Should have good communication skills

Requirements:

• At least 2 years on Service desk
• Windows Vista/Windows XP/MS Office 2007 and Office 2003/Internet Explorer 6 and 7
• Cisco VPN ( LAN/WAN)
• Symantec End-Point Protection 11
• Experience of migrating Lotus Notes to Outlook or Exchange would be a good fitThis is a basically a 24* 7 shift operation.

A shift allowance would be paid. It would follow 4 days of work with 3 days of rest pattern.
