Legal & Remedial

In this position, for Legal area you will responsible to provide legal advice and opinion on a credit extension, contract agreement and other general legal matters related to banking and commercial law. You will also conduct any legal research to support the legal advice and opinion on any legal matter. For Remedial area, you will responsible to check the legality of borrower and asset/ collateral provided bye the borrower to secured loan. You will also prepare any loan agreement, amendments, letters, security agreement and other legal documents for legality of loan’s signing as well as arranging signing ceremony. We require you to have experience in performing similar job between 2 and 3 years as well as knowledge in banking legal and credit documentation. Able to provide legal advice and legal opinion. In order to support your performance, a quality of client relationship management skill, and negotiation skill will be valuable.
