Legal Manager

The incumbent will report to Legal & Land Affairs Director and will be accountable to prepare and review contracts, letter of agreement, and other legal document to ensure its legal compliancy. Dealing with external consultant or with government includes negotiation with territory Government. Overlook and process IPR (Intellectual Property Right) problem & cases, ; Process legal related on Public Listed Company requirements.

The qualifications are:

University graduate in Law from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00
Having 5 years experience as a Corporate Legal Manager in Multinational Company, Preferable Fast Moving Consumer Goods
Strong Leadership, interpersonal & negotiation skills
Individual team player
Excellent English (spoken & written) & Computer literate
