Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a diversified portfolio of corporate and commercial transactions with focus on engineering contracts.

Requirements:

• An LLB and preferably called to the Bar
• At least 5 years’ PQE in a law firm or as an in-house legal counsel
• Corporate / commercial experience with some litigation background
• Experience in drafting or dealing with engineering contracts
• Good communication and written skills
• Independent worker and team player
