We are looking for a dynamic, proactive individual to join our growing team.

Legal Counsel

The Job:

• Draft and review a varied range of commercial, financing and corporate agreements
• Review and advice rights and liabilities of existing commercial, financing and corporate agreements
• Advice on regulatory and compliance issues for a listed entity
• Provide legal support and deal with external legal counsels for business development activities, including overseas M&A and joint ventures

Requirements:

• At least 5 years post-qualification experience in corporate legal work (including M&A and joint ventures) either in a law firm and/or in an in-house position in a corporation
• Experience in compliance issues and requirements in an SGX public listed corporation
