Learning & Development Executive

Job Description

Assist to implement strategies for learning and development improvement for the organization
Assist in training needs analysis and planning of training programs
Development of in-house training/learning programs if necessary
Use of information technologies to support the learning & development processes in the organisation
Liaise with government agencies on training incentives
Source for external training programs and to conduct standup training if required
Application of adult learning concepts and tools to enhance learning & development in the organisation

Job Requirements

Degree/ Diploma specializing in HRM or HRD or a relevant diploma/degree
Minimum 2 years’ experience in training (Fresh graduates may also apply)
Proficient in MS Office
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Have a good understanding of Learning & Development best practices
Possess an intermediate level of understanding of HR practices in Singapore
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
A strong team player who is a highly motivated self-starter, ability to keep the end goal in mind at all times
Ability to work under pressure and to multi-task projects simultaneously and independently
Positive attitude, keen to constantly learn and upgrade oneself
