As every strategic business has independent management yet makes collaboration each other to give a synergy. The company is located in Jakarta and active as an operator of several coal mine concessions in Barito Utara – Kalimantan Tengah. PT Sinomast Mining works end to end from exploration, operating a mine up to marketing to its international trade network.

The well experience engineers are dedicated to maintain the process of giving good quality of low ash and low sulfur content. PT Sinomast Mining is a good partner in business; we are actively exploring the mine to support out long term and suistainable business, especially related in coal mining in Indonesia.

KTT/Production Head – Kalimantan

Qualifications :

• Indonesian Nationality with 5 years experience in Mining Company.
• Male
• Age 37 – 50 year.
• Have Sertificate of KTT
• University degree from reputable university majoring Technical Geology, Mining Engineer with GPA 2.80.
• Software literate such as auto cad, Microsoft Project.
• Good health, smart, good personality and hard worker.
• Ability to work in a team and can be a leader.
• Have capabilities to write reported, management crisis, time critical, schedule project, strong critical analysis, and cost budget.
• Have capabilities to write an geological report with standard report for each drilling report and Exploration report etc.
• University degree from reputable university majoring Technical Geology, Mining Engineer with GPA 2.80.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Production Manager or Assistant Production
• Manager capacity is required for this position.

Job Description :

• Accountable for the business unit’s Result Management systems – including goal achievement, problem-solving coordination and establishment of business unit priorities
• Provide leadership and direction to machine teams to achieve goals and objectives.
• Drive Continuous Improvement in all aspects
• Accountable for development, coaching, training and motivating business unit through regular feedback and open communication
• Ensure the business unit works according to Team Based Work System principles
• Understand and follow company safety policies and procedures, enforce safe behavior and identify unsafe condition
• Ensure housekeeping is according to set standards
• Maintain an adequate communication and cooperation within the team as well as with other resources involved
• Perform other duties as may be directed by his/her superior
