Provide Ship brokering and chartering services for Tug and Barges

Junior Accounts Assistant

JOB SCOPE:

Reporting and providing administrative support to the Accounts Executive
Handle Banking and Issuing of Cheques
Prepare Sales Invoice, Purchase Order, Debit Note & Issue payments.
Following up on payments/invoices due
Ensure proper documents record & filing.
Daily updates of invoices and receipts into MYOB Accounting Software.(Training will be provided)
Other adhoc duties assigned

THE REQUIREMENTS:

At least 1 year accounting work experience in AR and AP
Experience in MYOB Accounting Software (optional)
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Good attitude and Willingness to learn, Committed, Self Motivators and Hardworking
Able to handle stress
Able to start Immediately or within short notice
