Broadcast Solutions is a leading broadcast facilities company with offices in Singapore, Malaysia, India and the U.K. We provide staff and broadcast equipment to television networks and production companies for outside broadcasts and sports productions.

Junior Accountant

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent. Fresh graduates may apply.
• Application should be Singaporean or Permanent Resident
• Strong team player with good communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Able to work in a fast pace environment independently

Responsibilities: (Training will be provided)

• Accounts receivable
• - Preparing invoices & credit note
• - Statement of accounts
• - Communicating with clients
• Accounts payable
• - Preparing Purchase order
• - Preparing cheques & TT
• - Check with bank statements that cheques has been deposited
• Communicating with suppliers
• Preparing petty cash vouchers
• Preparing wages for Singapore & Malaysian Staff
• CPF & EPF submission (Malaysia employees)
• Preparing payment vouchers
• Preparing Budget for every job
• Handle general administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties
