IT Technical Support

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot computers hardware and software
Perform IT Inventory checks from time to time
Provide general IT support functions to staffs. (Eg. Setup and configuration of desktop).

Job Requirements:

Minimum ‘O’ level (With a pass in English) / Nitec / Higher Nitec / SPM and above.
Hands-on experience in PC hardware is advantageous.
Having IT background is advantageous. (E.g. Knowledge in MS Office and fixing of PC hardware.)
