We are looking for an experienced IT System Administrator to join our team in Singapore. This role is responsible for the development and maintenance of Tectura’s software and hardware across South Asia.

IT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

Reporting to the IT Lead Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for the following:-

Assist the Asia Pacific IT Team with supporting its user community and assisting with software and hardware related issues.
Assume the role of primary contact for offices located in South Asia and other locations.
Day to day general operational support for technologies located in the Singapore. These technologies include, but are not limited to, Servers, SQL, Cisco LAN and WAN equipment, etc.
Supports a user community spanning multiple sites, in multiple countries. The user community ranges from non-technical end users to technical IT staff located throughout the globe.
Supporting all systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades for all servers and coordinating maintenance down time with the IT team and the user community.
Self-motivated to learn, plan and implement new technologies.
Expected to maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and keeping certifications current.

Skills and experience required for this position are listed below:

Flexibility, time management, customer service and problem solving skills.
Self-motivation and willingness to go the extra mile to resolve technical issues.
A bachelor degree in a technical subject or equivalent is desired.
3-5+ years of directly related experience are desired.
Microsoft Certifications (MCP, MCSE, etc) is desired.
Cisco Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, etc) is desired.
