IT RECRUITER

In order to meet with our expansion plans and to meet the growing demands of clientele worldwide, we are looking for highly independent and motivated IT recruiters with the following job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing and shortlisting of suitable candidates to complete the recruitment process for countries including Australia, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, India and USA. You will also be responsible for developing recruitment strategies as well as provide administrative support wherever necessary.

Requirements

• Graduate with a minimum of 2 years IT recruitment experience
• Any IT related qualification will be an added advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
• Good relationship management skills
• Keen business acumen and ability to think strategically and analytically
• Resourceful, motivated and able to work under tight deadlines and pressure
• Able to multi-task and an excellent team player
