IT Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Provide assistance to Finance Manager
Managing and keeping track of project status to make sure project requirements are met
To report on the status of current project and maintenance
Communicate with internal colleagues and vendors through meeting, e-mail or telephone calls effectively
Liaise with 3rd party vendors and partners
Assist in other administrative support and ad-hoc project request as per assigned (IT Audit)

Requirements:

Diploma in any discipline (Preferable with IT background)
Good documentation and reporting skills
Ability to multi-task
Relevant working experience is a strong point
Proficient in MS Office applications
Self-motivated, proactive and ability to work hard
Location: East
5 days week
Good working environment and staff benefits
Selected applicant will be offered a 12 months contract, renewable or convert to permanent staff
