IT MANAGER

Responsibilities

Develop & review conceptual design for system environment to support the various environmental requirements ( DEV, SIT/Training, UAT and Production) for the application teams
Manage, lead & train the system administrators to setup, support & maintain the various application environment to ensure operational system functionality
Manage the installation, configuration, hardening & shakedown for each environment & ensure all standards & quality are met
Identify risks for mitigation & on-going environment related issues & proactively follow up with the root cause, impact analysis & proposed solutions or workarounds

Requirements

Degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science or Information Technology
Minimum 6 years’ experience in Windows 200X servers environment, common infrastructure services such as backup, DHCP, DNS, TCPIP, monitoring, system patching
Technically experience in Microsoft technology such as Active Directory, Web Services, clustering, network load balancing
Resourceful with good analytical & problem-solving skills
