IT Manager / IT Executive

Job Descriptions

Manages / provides IT, technical and on-site support to office users
Manages / provides IT, technical and on-site support to all retail outlets islands wide
Responsible for maintenance of Retail Pro System and Office network
Provides on-site support of Point of Sales (POS) system, (Retail Pro System) for all retail outlets including providing supports during stock take
Manages / performs other ad-hoc duties including website maintenance and administrative duties
Manages IT Department (applicable for position of IT Manager)

Requirements

Diploma in Information Technology or its equivalent
Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity
Preferably with knowledge in Retail Pro Systems / Software
Versatile in POS systems
Strong knowledge in office’s network infrastructure / systems programming
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good team player
