We provide full engineering support for fastener applications and offer logistics services for fasteners and other C parts. Among our customers there are many industrial companies with international operations.

IT Administrator

Reporting to the Regional General Manager and Head of IT, the candidate will be responsible to maintain network security, e-mail servers and virtual servers for Active Directory, back-up and shared file systems. The candidate will provide desktop support for 100 regional users and release management for regional software projects run out of Singapore.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in IT
• Singapore Citizen or PR
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT administration experience in an MNC or international environment
• Strong Microsoft Exchange 2000 and 2003/7 experience
• Strong domain management skills
• Working knowledge of Linux – SUSE preferable
• Understanding of Virtualization (Xenware, HyperV or other)
• Clear understanding of back-up tools and practices
• Working knowledge of SharePoint services
• Strong ActiveSync and/or Blackberry experience
• Firewall, router and VPN configuration skills
• Desktop support experience for Office, Outlook, Citrix

Responsibilities:

• Maintain high-availability of e-mail services for mobile and desktop clients
• Ensure stable and reliable VPN access
• First-line support for MS Office, Citrix and Outlook/Exchange and BB mail
• Ensure security policies are met and updated as needed
• Reduce physical server count with virtualization
• Ensure support activities submitted and tracked in helpdesk tool
